  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation (where Cash on Delivery is available).

  • If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Physical products will be processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and destination.

5. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital product sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, or refunds are available only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or
  • You receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
