Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery:
- Within India: 3–7 business days
Please note that delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or SMS (where applicable).
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered or made available for download, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be provided.
Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product due to an error on our part.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
After verification, we will arrange either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund (if a replacement is not available)
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Digital products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Minor variations in color due to screen/display differences
